  • How much is shipping?
    As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination. For those last minute purchases, ‘express delivery’ is available to most destinations and ‘same day delivery’ is offered in selected cities. All relevant delivery options and costs that are available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout. This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. The shipping cost will appear at checkout. SHIPPING TIMES: DHL Standard: Europe: delivery 3-7 business days. Rest of the World: 9-14 business days. DHL Express: Europe: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days. The shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Boutallion can not be held responsible for customs clearance delays or delivery delays beyond its control.   • What is the shipping time?
    Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic our delivery times may vary from 2-4 weeks from the date of the purchase depending on the country.   • How do I track my order?
    After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. You can also follow the delivery online through the Track Your Order page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is on its way to you. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your order or payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 14 business days.
  • What countries/regions do you ship to?
    We ship to over 220 countries worldwide. Please note you can switch to your preferred currency at the top and bottom of our website. We currently support the following currencies: AED د.إ | CNY ¥ | EUR € | GBP £ | QAR ر.ق | RUB ₽ | SAR ر.س | TRY ₺ | USD $
  • Do you offer special packaging?
    All our orders are shipped in our signature Boutallion packaging and placed in a discreet cardboard box. If you're purchasing a gift, flag "This is a Gift" at checkout, before entering the delivery address. Your order will be elegantly presented in our signature packaging. You can add a personal message if you wish. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.
  • Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?
    Gifts might be returned with the original receipt.
  • What are the return conditions?
    Refunds are processed approximately 3-5 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on Boutallion.com. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment. If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS FINAL SALE OR NON-RETURNABLE. All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way.
  • How do I place an order?
    Depending on availability and shipping address, purchases may be made either directly through Boutallion.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers. You can go to our navigation menu and choose ‘shop’ or search to explore a specific style or trend. Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to shopping bag’. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout’. Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, you can proceed as a guest. Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.   • Can I place an order over the phone?

  • How do I know if a product is available and how long will it take to be delivered?
    All products displayed in our online shop are directly available for shipment. We kindly request you to contact our sales team sales@boutallion.com. if you are interested in the availability of sizes that are no longer in stock.
  • Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

  • Where does Boutallion.com ship to?
    We ship to all 95 countries around the world. If the restriction guidelines change for one or more shipping areas, you will be informed at the checkout or afterwards by our Sales Team.
  • Is my package insured?
    All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by our insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box from the courier.
